i am only 15 years old and i sometimes do masturbate vigorously so it might be a skin tear.
The blood is fresh and i do not feel pain when blood comes out. Although a lot of blood comes out like maybe over 10 drips. Blood sometimes also comes out if i have an erection.

Hi Manson123abc

This can be concerning, but it might also be okay.

Have you had strenuous sex recently? How about strenuous masturbation? You may have some torn skin that is causing this problem.

Here are some things to consider:

1. Is the blood fresh? In other words, is the blood bright red or is it brown or mixed with white/yellow/cream colours? If the blood is bright red, that wold be consistent with a skin tear. If it is any other colour, it is less likely to be a skin tear, and you should follow up with a doctor.

2.  Do you experience pain when the blood comes out? If not, then again this may be consistent with a skin tear. If you do experience pain, you should again follow up with a doctor.

3.  Is it a lot of blood? Again, a little bit is consistent with a skin tear. A lot should have you checking with a doctor.

If the bleeding lasts more than another few days or a week, then no matter what, you should go and see a doctor. It may very well be nothing to worry about, but you want to eliminate any source of concern.

You didn't mention how old you are, but you don't need to tell your parents what is wrong in great detail. Simply say that you are having an issue when you go to the bathroom, and think you would like to see the doctor about it. Depending on how old you are, you may be able to ask the doctor not to pass on sensitive information to your parents, but that might not always be possible depending on the laws in your area of the world. Nonetheless, ask the doctor to keep the information confidential. At the very least, this may get the doctor to minimize the degree of information he provides to your parents.

I hope some of these suggestions help.
