Blood in urine: no infection

I went to the out of hours 3 weeks ago with pain in my left side and lower back. Urine test showed blood so was given antibiotics. Two days later I was admitted to same day emergency care blood in urine again I had a bladder scan and Kidney scan. No stones. But water retention so they fitted a catheter. And send home with antibiotics. I’ve still got blood in my urine but no infection but I guess this is the catheter now doesn’t explain blood pre catheter. I’ve got urology trial without catheter onThursday but should I be worried blood and no infection
