Burning Sensations

Hi. I'm a 21 year old female that had a case of a UTI two months (and thankfully it passed) but i was left with a burning sensation and often a wet sensation?! i don't really know how to explain it. I have a burning sensation but no pain when urinating. I am 'though trying to get rid of some kidney stones for the last two weeks or so. My daily intake of water is low and the constant university stress makes me all the more forgetful.I had a test done for UTI and a culture also but it all came negative. Also I do have some white discharge and highly concentrated urine but both with no odour.  Can someone please help me with this?

What I forgot to add is that I'm scheduled for a swab test and since i never had intercourse my doc ruled out the possibility of a sexual transmitted disease..
