Chronic prostatitis??

Halo!

I am 25 and I have been diagnosed with chrinic prostatitis about 3 mounths ago. I had pain in my testicle and burning pain in urethra and bladder. My urologist did USG and have found that my prostate is enlarged, inflamated and affected by fybrosis. He sad that it can´t be the cancer because I am to young for that and my symptoms are typical for prostatitis: He also checked my testicles for seminoma by USG and it was OK. I have completed 30 days therapy by cyprofloxacin and cotrimoxasole and pain was gone. Now 2 mounths after completition of therapy my symptoms are back and even worse. I have severe pain in my testicles and in feel burning in urethra and in lower abdomen. I have also painfull inguine. My urologist prescribed my more ATBs. Long time ago I also experienced burning pain after ejaculation.

Is my case typical for chronic prostatitis or I have something worse than prostatitis (cancer or something)???
Has anyone similar problem???
What is my prognosis???

Sorry for my gramar I am from Central Europe

I have same symptoms for 5 years. Cipro500 helps but i haven't been completely examined yet.

I am not a doctor but in my opinion you have either bacterial or non bacterial prostatitis.

Long term treatment is needed.

If you are scared from cancer, have your doctor do ultrasound or something but I think it is prostatitis.
