Clear semen

I am a 25 years old fresh graduate, unmarried with no sexual partner. about 6 months back i felt pain in my scrotum and lower abdomen, i took it as ureteric colic, since i have a history with that! drank quite a lot of water and for fear of having epididymo-orchitis,( since the character of pain was somewhat similar to that and wearing a tight under garment helped relieving that pain), i took cipro 500 mg bd for 7 days. i got alright except for that now my semen is almost clear and with watery consistency, i still ejaculate a good amount though.but it is usually clear and have yellow tinge(is urine mixing with my semen?). However, the second ejaculation is thicker than the first one but still nothing like i used to have. i am worried whats the cause? Did cipro did this to me? Do i need to be concerned about it? is there a way to get it back to previous state by any dietary or pharmacological intervention?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Normal semen colour is whitish yellow. With increasing age the semen can become more yellowish, less in volume and more thick. The other causes are infrequent ejaculation and infections like infections of the prostrate or STD. Semen analysis , prostate examination and examination of the prostatic fluid and ultrasound prostate are required to confirm a diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
