Constant bladder and pelvic pain. Help!

For about a year now I've been experiencing constant UTIS, always making trips to the ER a d being put on antibiotics. Usually I get put on Macrobid 2x a day for a week, it always seemed to relieve my pain. But it stopped working, and I still had the constant urge to pee, all the time! I have what feels like really bad pressure, and sometimes even stabbing pains. I've gotten STD checks twice, came back negative. I've gotten ultrasounds done as well and nothing..I then finally got told I had Bacterial Vaginosis which I got put on Flagyl for a week as well. Once again my symptoms improved a little but still had pain.. and feeling like I have to pee all the time. I'm being told now that my pelvic floor might be disrupted and damaged. Was also reading that it  could be CPP (chronic pelvic pain) which it states there never really is a fix :( I feel like I am the only one dealing with it :( also, I do see a gyno for the first time in 10 days which I hope to get some answers, also seeing a pelvic physiotherapist, but really what I'm trying to get at is, has anyone been through this and overcome it? I feel like my life will never be the same, and I will always feel this pain.. my life reloves around googling everything and reading people's stories praying I find someone to relate.. I'm 22, and I can't even begin to explain how this is taking over my life! My sleeping schedules, making me super depressed, and not to mention my relationship. Please help!!
