Constant internal vaginal sensitivity/urge to urinate

Hi,
Before being with my boyfriend, it had been a long time since i had intercourse. After a couple of weeks, i noticed the constant urge to urinate AND constant sensitivity internally (almost feels like I am having sex/being stimulated internally all of the time).  I figured I had a UTI of some sort (I am prone to yeast infections, but this didnt seem to be the same). I drank a ton of water and cranberry juice and took cranberry pills and it seemed to ease up. Since then, it has come and gone multiple times. When I try to pee/when I actually do need to pee it does not burn or hurt at all.   I'm wondering if it's possible I am allergic to latex or maybe the lubricant/spermicide on the condoms themselves or if i have some kind of infection. I can't tell if its the sensitivity from inside that is causing me to feel like i need to urinate, or if it's my actual bladder. I have tried looking this up, but can't find anybody mentioning this kind of internal feeling of being sexually stimulated.
My aunt is a nurse and said it could just be my body not being used to having sex and it is irritating me, but after this long I cant see how that could be possible!
Anybody have any advice or have had a similar experience?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Firstly, urethral syndrome or urethritis has to be ruled out. It is a primarily female syndrome in which women suffer from irritative bladder symptoms (urinary frequency, urgency, burning , and a hesitant or slowed urinary stream) in the absence of any objective urologic findings. In this the diagnosis can be made only by the proper collections of urine specimens from both the urethra and the bladder. These specimens will reveal the presence of white blood cells in the urethral washings, while the midstream (bladder) specimen will be free of cells.

Please get it evaluated from a urologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
