Constant sensation of full bladder

This started about a week ago. By day 2 things had reached their worst and have been this way ever since.

There are no symptoms other than the feeling that my bladder is 90% full - just below the level of full on panic. even right after I Urinate. The first few days it was also causing sexual dysfunction but that seems to have abated. I went to the Clinic and they did a physical exam took some urine a handful of blood panels for kidney and general health. Everything was normal and the doctor seemed puzzled given my age and that I am 100% healthy other than this 1 symptom. He said he had ruled out anything serious or that was an emergency and I would have to see my regular doctor for a longer term investigation.

What could this be? It’s driving me nuts.
