Could my T-Levels be leading to low libido and energy

My levels are as follows:
SHBG- 23.9 (nmol/L); Total T- 236 (ng/dL); Free T- 5.4 (ng/dL).

I am a 44 year old male, I'm 5'9" and weigh 215lbs.. I have lost 19 lbs. in the last 3 months and there has been no change in my energy levels. I get tired very easily now and have no desire for sex. I used to work out daily using weights and cardio up until about a year ago my Dr. diagnosed me as being depressed and put me on anti-depressants and it seems it has just got worse. Just had my T-levels done and it is eveident they are low but are they low enough to warrant TRT?
