Someone was telling me about therapists that their sole role is to improve one's sex life. Have you ever heard of that?  Guess a lot of folks have issues ranging from psychological to physical that get in the way.  Would you ever consider working with one?  I figure if it improves things even a little, might be worth it?

I've read that this issue can be categorized as psychosomatic or all in your head but you know, that doesn't answer your question, right?  Here is a long post of others in the same boat as you. https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Urology/loss-of-sensation---cant-reach-orgasm/show/287164  What about during masturbation?  Able to reach orgasm?  And it looks like many people have had success with Viagra. Something you'd consider?
