Dry Orgasms after Surgery for Urethral stricture

So a couple weeks ago I ended up with an injury. I was bleeding into my bladder and a blood clot formed in my urethra and was unable to pass through my urethra because of a Urethral Stricture resulting in a full blockage of my urethra. I had emergency surgery via ureteroscopy (I believe that's the name of it) where they discovered the Urethral Stricture and cut out the scar tissue to open my urethra back up. I went home the same day and had a catheter in place for a week. Now another full week later that catheter has been out for a week, I have no more bleeding, I can go pee just fine but I am having what I can only describe as Dry Orgasms though they really aren't. When I have an orgasm now I can feel the semen traveling through my urethra but it doesn't actually come out until my penis starts to go limp again and then all the semen slowly starts leaking out. The semen does also seem to be more liquid then usual as well.

Do you guys think this is anything to worry about or is my body just still recovering from surgery?
