Hello all,
I just started working out after quite a few years of giving it a rest and I might have pushed myself a little bit harder with some inner thigh work outs and some stomach cruches with weights. In a few days I am feeling a dull ache in my testis. I also feel the strain and ache in my inner thighs.. But am not sure if it's the pain radiating from my testis or the other way around.
Also there is a slight itch in my prostate/urethra (not sure where it is) which started at the same time.
Please advice if the above could be because of the extra strain from work out etc?
