I get sudden fatigue that knocks me out & I'm like unconsceious for up to 3hrs. I sometimes come to & can barely open my eyes but can't get up to do anything. I'm consceious for only maybe 1 minute then I'm out again. Could this be dehydration? I've told drs about & they just scratch their heads.
I don't know if you take thyroid replacement but if so get a panel done now. Frequent urination was my first signal and ended up toxic and nearly did not survive. To all, do not assume thyroid is safe as one can get ill between levels.
Hi,
By excessive urination, you probably mean the increased volume of urine and this occurs commonly in the following conditions. Diabetes mellitus – this can be ruled out by getting the Blood sugar tested. Diabetes inspidus – this is diagnosed by getting the urine specific gravity tested as in this the urine is more dilute. In this the concentrating ability of the kidney is lost due to decreased absorption of fluid from the kidneys. Excessive intake of fluids or the use of drugs like diuretics can also increase the volume of urine. There are some salt wasting kidney diseases also like Bartter’s syndrome which can cause the increased volume of urine. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
