Flat spot

I am 30 and on the glans near the meate, I have a flat spot of 2-3 mm, uniform brown colour, of consistency and hardness similar to a crust, appeared suddenly in a very short time.
In the next few days I will look for a dermatologist: what could it be?

This could be many different things. One things that comes to mind is penile melanosis, which is harmless. https://www.healthline.com/health/penile-melanosis

Another is angiokeratoma - https://www.healthline.com/health/angiokeratoma This is also usually harmless. Some people just get one or two of these, others get many.

How long have you had it?

Obviously, the only way to know for sure is to get it checked. It could be a melanoma, although that's unlikely, so don't put it off. Let us know what the doctor says.

Yesterday.
It looks like a crust.
I was wrong. It's not a spot.
It's hollowed out like a scar. It's not embossed.
It has a fibrous consistency.
If I crush it, it's painful.
In addition, it has defined edges and uniform colour.
No idea what it could be, but as auntiejessi says, see a Dr. right away, could start w/ your reg Dr. or could go directly to a dermatologist. It may be nothing serious, but if it were me, I sure wdn’t wanna take a chance, so don’t put it off...
