Foreskin loss of color hypopigmentation

i am 26 and noticed inside my foreskin changed color, from dark brown to pink ( like the color of under eyelid). the outside of the foreskin is the same color. there is some hard white patch on the inside of the foreskin and on the frenelum. All of inside the foreskin is white except the rim which is still dark brown. the hypopigmentation is also on the back of the head of the penis, the tip of the penis head. there is also a small hole on the left side of the frenelum that wont close. is this penile cancer or balanitis xerotica obliterans ? (i am going to see a uroloogist soon)
