Frequent urination & Occasional Urethral itching

I am desperate. Kindly help.

13th April 2014, I received unprotected oral sex.

Started from 12th June 2014, I had frequent urination (Small & Big volume) and sometimes would wet my pants even after emptying my bladder. I would also get occaional urethral itching which freaks me out the most.

On 14th June 2014, I did the following: Blood test, urethral swab, urine analysis & urine culture
HIV: -ve
Herpes: -ve
Slyphilis: -ve
Positive for Streptococcal Pneumonia

14th June: I was injected with rocephin injection +  Twice a day ciprofloxacin (5 days treatment)

20th June: 15 days of Zithromax 250 mg for twice a day

22nd June: Result came out:
                 Chalmydia: -ve
                 Gonorhrea: -ve

I also had IV Zithromax on 22nd & 28th June 2014

Doctor had me stop taking zithromax on the 15th Day

I went for Urine testing & Urine culture on 2nd July 2014: -ve

Now pending for Swab result.

The following is my urination time-log:

2nd July (no antibiotics)
8.50pm
10pm
11.03pm

3rd July
3.13am
7.14am
10.30am
1.15pm
3.45pm
4.40pm
6.20pm
8.12 pm
10.01pm

4th July
00.17am
5.00am
6.45am
8.44am
12.55pm
4.08pm
8.22pm
10.02pm
10.46pm

5th July
3.00am
6.09am
9.20am
12.53pm
6.10pm

After all the testing & taking zithromax, I still feel my urethral itch occasionally, my balls itch occasionally & my peeing is still quite frequent.

Please take note: the ITCHING in the urethral is REAL. it can really make me wonder what is going on inside me.

I am very scared.

Please advice.

I do get occasional itching in between the anus and schrotum. The itch is not on the surface of the skin but inside instead.

Can anyone please comment on this?
