Having very weak orgasms for a little while now

Hi everyone, for the past 8 months or so I have been having very weak orgasms during sex.  No erectile disfunction at all, everything else seems normal.  But when my wife and I are having sex, the finish is not what it used to be.  There is very little quantity, and the thrusting, strong feeling is gone.  What does come out, does so with very little force at all.

I have also noticed for the same time period that when I urinate the strength is gone as well.  It almost seems to "fall" out instead of being forced out.  When I am finishing urinating, it is more like slowly turning down the faucet on a hose.  Time for a urologist?

Thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This kind of weak orgasm can be due to muscle dysfunction like pubococcygeus muscle, advancing age or hormonal deficiency. Investigations like muscle studies, electromyography, cystoscopy and hormone studies may be required. My advice is to consult a urologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Forgot to mention I am 36 years old, happily married father of 3 if that helps any.
