Help, sharp cramp like pain when urinating

Hello everyone, I'm a male 25 years old and for the past year and a half I've been having this severe pain when urinating mostly when I have a somewhat full bladder. It happens about 5 times a month. When I go to urinate As I'm emptying my bladder i get a severe onset sharp pain, cramp like? that makes me hunch over and I cannot stand straight nor lay down if I even try to straighten my body out it feels as if my organs in my lower abdomen are being ripped apart and all I can do is curl up in a ball and wait for it to go away the pain lasts anywhere from 2-8 hours please help me I've gone to several doctors and they think I'm crazy.  I can't even go to work when it happens because the pain is so bad I feel like I'm going to pass out. I do not have any urinary frequency I feel as if everything is functioning as it should except for when this pain randomly comes. Please please help with any ideas

I've gotten an ultrasound and ct scan before but they said they haven't found anything and is it possible to have a bladder stone for over a year

You may have a stone in your bladder. Either way you need a pelvic ultrasound.
