How to find a urologist who does spermatocele aspiration with sclerotherapy in OR?
I have a rather large spermatocele and after 2X aspiration treatment, it kept coming back.
Further options are surgery or aspiration with sclerotherapy.
However so far I have not been able to find a urologist who does the procedure around Portland OR.
Hope I can get some info here.

I'm not from your area. I'd get a list of urologist in the radius you are willing to travel and make calls to their office stating your question. I guess you have to ask 'do they do the procedure' in a general way because if there is a reason the doctors you've seen say no, that is a different matter than finding a doctor who does the procedure at all. and when you are asking if the do the procedure, it helps to ask how often. If it is once a year, I'd be less confident than if it is 10 a month. Let us know
