I always feel like I have to go

Lately I have had this issue of always feeling like I have to go. It's almost as if I feel urine seeping out but it's not. And when I go to the bathroom either very little comes out or none and I still have that feeling.
The only changes have been stopping drinking soda and being home. I'm masturbating at the same rate I normally do and I drink about the same amount of water as I have been for months.
It's a giant pain to me, annoying, and slightly worrisome.

I wouldnt think it would be that serious.
I mean it's not like the doing the bathroom dance have to go, it;s just sitting there, feeling like it;s seeping out, but having nothing come out. And i still can go to the bathroom, it just requires a little bit more effort than usual.
it's simply the seeping that annoys me.
But my urine is normal a it's ever been and i'm having zero pain anywhere so i'm just at a total lost

It sounds like a urinary tract infection, which is treated with antibiotics.  It is also possible it is caused by kidney stones.
