I do not feel any sensation when i want to ejaculate

Three days ago I wanted to try out the "squeeze technique" to see if it could prolong sex. Right before ejaculating, I squeezed the mid of my penis as it tried to pump out the semen...a tiny bit woozed out still. It has been 24 hours since then my penis experienced soreness ( soreness is now gone but my penis doesn't get as hard as it used to when erect and i do not feel any sensation when i want to ejaculate) . I have peed several times since then with no issues but I am really worried.

How hard did you squeeze it?

The squeeze technique is tricky, but you're supposed to squeeze the part of your penis just below the head of your penis, right where it meets the shaft.

Give it some time. Don't masturbate for a couple of days - rest it like you would any other injury - and then see how it feels. If you still have the issues, see your doctor.
