I keep feeling like I need to pee but can't! HELP PLEASE!!!! :(

So, about 7 days ago I started feeling this urge to pee all of the time but nothing, or very little, came out.  It mainly happened early in the morning around 4am or right when I got up usually around 9 or 10am.  After 5 days of this it got worse and I went to see a docter.  They tested me for a UTI and gave me antibotics.  The docter called me the next day and told me that my urine culture came back negative.  Still, I felt better for the most part until today, I woke up at 5am and haven't been able to go back to bed since because I keep feeling the need to pee but can't.  I've tried drinking a glass of water but that didn't help.  I also just started feeling nauseous and have slight pelvic pain.  Also,my regular poop schedule is off and I have gas when trying to both pee or poop.  Usually I poop at least once a day, but lately its been like once every few days, is that normal? I don't know what to do. Also, I had a mini UTI about a year ago and I don't know if these two things are connected.  Help me please!!!! i really hate not being able to sleep and I'm in pain :(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
In absence of any UTI, other causes which may cause such symptoms are urethral syndrome, any blockage in the flow of urine like any scar tissue, injury (as in a car wreck or bad fall), blood clots, infection, tumors in the pelvic region, and stones, infection or due to disruption of the delicate and complex system of nerves that connects the urinary tract with the brain and the nervous system.

I suggest you an immediate urologist’s evaluation to check out these possibilities and confirm the diagnosis after investigations.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

get a referral from your doctor to see a urologist. you should also ask to get some kind of scan your body done, either a CT scan, or an MRI, or both.

Also, just recently within the hour I started getting blood in my urine and little chunks of tissue.  I am on my period though. Also, I just got pain in my lower back and my whole body feels fatiqued.  please help :( I don't know what to do. I've seen the docter twice now and I'm not sure what to do.  Both time though I was tested for a UTI and both times they said I definitely had one, but when they tried to culture my urine it was clean.  I'm really confused.
