I thought my UTI was gone!

I have been on Macrobid for about 10 days now for a pretty bad UTI. I did miss a few days, because my work has made it very hard for me to take my medicine, and I am afraid to drink to much water because they won't let me go to the bathroom. I honestly believe their actions haven't helped this at all.

It seems like it gets better, and worse. I find that at night it is at it's very worse. I have painful urgency, lower abdomen pain, and my urine is bright yellow, even when I know I get an adequate amount of water. It actually feels like my bladder aches as I urinate, a few times, even during the day I have the need to hold my lower abdomen as I urinate to prevent the pain.

I don't have insurance currently, and planned parenthood is still pretty expensive for me, that is why I'm just asking for advice. Does this seem like a UTI, or could it be something else. I went to PP the first time, and all they did was dipstick my urine, no other testing.

I'm just so uncomfortable!
