Is Masturbating makes fail to urethrotomy or recurrent the urethral stricture?reoccurence

I am 28 years, active sexually, I do masturbation 1-3 times per week. I have had urethral stricture so i have got three times endoscopic dailation in 2006-2008 the stricture reoccured in 3 months and were worst than before trial after trial.but i was continue to do masturbation in time.
I felt that it has effect on urethral opening ( treated area ) during urination in point of my view therefore the condition came back very soon and I could not urinate,it was completly closed.

In this month I have got open operation (Skin graft procedure from inner mouth membrane) because it was more than 2 cm.
Could you advise and tell me Can I do Masturbation after this operation and when?
Thank you for taking my question

actually , i had a stricture after a hip replement 7 months later,it's somewhere around the bulbar, and was having blood clots and pain during urination and mastubation(ejaculation). dr said was fine since it's only4 weeks after the urethrotomy.but i sensed something was wrong.I thank God for He had given me this inspiration.I changed my style of masturbating fom sitting position to standing, as long as am aware that there's no body weight pressure exerted on between the tighs .For now, it seems to be fine, and this method works for me.well, no harm trying , take care and best regards!!
