Issues maintaining erections

I am a 25 year old male who has never had a issue maintaining erections. I recently started having issues keeping my erections during sex and was wonder if it could be because of a non cancerous cyst found on testicle. The doctor said the chance of it causing those type of problems is zero. He checked for curvature which i didn't have he checked my test at 930am which was a 406. I noticed a few months ago before i went to the urologist a popping sound that came during sex didn't hurt didn't cause pain and was able to finish. I was just wondering does this sound serious or like venous leak ? I also have a condition called POTs which is a autonomic issue by my neurologist said it shouldn't be causing the erection issue urologist agreed also
