I've have a small orifice right below the urethra orifice.

I've had this orifice as long as I can remember. It's opening diamater is as wide as a needlepoint. It only secrets a clear and slippery liquid, normaly, during arousal. It doesn't discharge uren. I can't find anything on this.

If you have had this for as long as you can remember, this may represent a congenital anomaly resulting from failure during embryologic development of the urethra. It sort of sounds like something in the spectrum of hypospadias but not quite, maybe a variant or less severe form of it. This is beyond the scope of this forum. Consider consultation with a urologist.

I agree - even a Dr. might not want to offer an opinion without actually physically examining you. See a Urologist...
Thank you, might do this one day.
Doctors get all sorts of funky questions and think nothing of it. At your next physical, just ask.  They will be happy to tell you it is probably just how you are and not anything at all to worry about.
