Jelqing Injury: Venous leakage

I am 17 years old and have erectile dysfunction. Why is it that so many urologists are uncaring and send me off like there is nothing wrong. They always say "just don't think about it". Where can I get the testing that I deserve, or a urologist that cares? It is very frustrating. My last visit to a urologist was last week.

This all happened after I performed jelqing and probably internally injured my penis. It has been 12 weeks since injury. Chronic symptoms are:
Maximum erection is 60-80%
Getting erections are generally very hard
Trouble maintaining erections because they go away quickly/deflate
Very little morning erections
No spontaneous erections
Glans of penis stays soft and not engorged
Moments when I would normally get an erection, I feel as if the penis has pressure/heat/tingling inside it while it is flaccid.
2 weeks ago, after ejaculating my penis would become sore for about 30min-1hr. But now it hasn't happened yet.

When masturbating I now reach orgasm very very quickly. Sometimes the penis is flaccid when masturbating/ejaculating.

I have no past/family health issues.
I suspect a venous leak but I do not know how this accounts for the premature ejaculation. Is there any way I can get a doppler test/sonogram/cavernosography, without a urologist.

I don’t know the cause of your erectile difficulties, but I think it IS possible you could have injured yourself. I think you need to find a Urologist whose specialty is treating cases of ED, and such a Uro would likely be in favor of doing a Doppler ultrasound to measure inflow & outflow of blood.

As you seem to know, even if inflow is adequate, blood needs to remain trapped in the penis for an erection to occur, and weak (or total lack of) erections is often related to venous leak, which is a failure of the mechanism to ‘trap’ the blood, therefore, it leaks out & a full erection can’t be obtained or maintained. It’s like trying to fill up a bucket with a hole in the bottom.

Try to get a referral to a Dr. who specializes in treatment of ED - I think that’s your best bet. Good luck to you & let us know how you’re progressing...
