Lacking penis sensitivity

Ever since I've started having sex I haven't been able to *** as quickly as my girlfriend would like. It makes her feel inadequate and has brought some serious sexual frustration into our relationship. I've thought about what could have caused my loss of sensitivity, and all that came up was the fact that I never use lube when I masturbate. Could this be cause of the problem, and if it is would masturbating with lube for awhile help out? I've already tried going a few weeks without masturbating before trying again, and that hasn't helped at all. I really need some help on this. Thanks in advance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You seem to be having premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is sometimes very frustrating for the patient. It is most often caused by anxiety and too much stimulation. Depending on when premature ejaculation has started, it can be primary or secondary. The treatment of premature ejaculation is having a psychological session with the couple, stop-start or squeeze-pause techniques, desensitizing creams and SRRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) in severe cases ; but they are available under prescription. I would suggest you to consult a venereal and sexual health expert and discuss this with him.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

for those three asterisks there, just imagine it says climax instead if you don't get it.
