Loose erections after the incident. URGENT

I lost my  erections for three days. When I was rubbing my penis on pillow I heard a popping sound. There was no symptoms of penile fracture. No pain, no swelling, no bruises, no discoloration and nothing. After that the only problem I faced was lost erection. I visited my family doctor and he said there is no problem, everything is fine.
IN THE PAST POST DOCTOR SUGGESTED YOU ARE NOT GETTING ERECTIONS AS YOU ARE ANXIOUS, DONT TRY HARD TO ERECT AS IT CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS. My penis was not erecting even if tried to stimulate for 3 days.I experienced pain in testicles at 2nd and 3rd day. At 4th day I got a mild erection but my **** was not  hard as it used to be earlier. It was very loose (like 40-50%). Its 5th day today and still getting loose erections. Is it something serious to worry or my penis will heal at its own after somedays? Should I avoid erection till it recovers completely.
I'm just 17 now. Please help experts, doctors and friends.
