Lump on shaft

I woke up this morning and noticed I have a lump on the mid lower part of my shaft on the under side of my penis and under the skin . It's a like lump that is hard and bigger at one part but hose skinny like a buldge up vein I'm 19 and very sexually active. I did have a pimple like thing close to that area and popped it and it pussed and now it's gone but I'm wondering what the lump is should I worry is it common??

I forgot to mention it dosnt hurt or anything and it's just a lump under the akin of my penis like I wouldn't know it's there inless I felt around for it

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
