Lumpy semen with other symptoms

Hello, I'm 19 years old and i have been having on going problems with my penis, I've been to the doctor and my areas sexual health clinic and have had the all clear except from mild to bad cases of Thrush. I've been given the caniston and a really heavy duty one which has steroid's in and the symptoms go away (small red dot covering my bell-end) however on the tip of my japseye i have a really small red dot and its never goes away, and it is sore, im still sexually active with my current girlfriend. I also find that i have lump semen and everything that links together just makes me think wants going on with my body. i have a balanced diet and tend to drink water/fruit juice and maybe about 6 to 10 units of alcohol a week.

Another thing that i was wondering is can semen get infected? as if i don't use a condom with my girlfriend and ejaculate my semen i really irritating for my GF and myself!

If anyone can HELP that would be amazing just want my normal sex life back!
Thanks a lot people!

im good, well my thirodes on either side of my groin have been raised for the last year or maybe longer, but GP says this isnt anything to worry about, sometimes my testicles are uncontrollably itchy, this could be down to i shave my whole area. my semen can be yellow, in all honesty i feel that i do have a constant problem with this.

my penis has a small sore right on the tip, looks like a tiny spot and it wont go.
thanks Dr

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Hyperviscous or hypercoagulating semen can be attributed to prostate issues. Semen can also become infected. For proper evaluation, it is recommended that you have this checked by your doctor or urologist. Direct physical examination as well as diagnostic tests may need to be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
