I answered a similar Q about this - this medication is known to affect male sexual function & one possible side effect is reduced ejaculation. This will most likely return to normal once you stop taking it

Are you a doctor
No, not a Dr., used to work in the Pharmaceutical industry & happen to have a fair amount of knowledge about some drugs & their effects, but not as knowledgeable as some of the people I worked with, who were Pharmacists, Chemists & advanced knowledge of Pharmaceutical Technology. Also I’m a prostate cancer patient, did a lot of research online about that subject so I learned a lot about male sexual functions & how the various treatments affect it. When I give advice here, I base it on my accumulated knowledge & personal experience but would never try to pass myself off as a medical expert, and if you’ve seen other advice from me on MedHelp, I frequently advise that it’s best to see a Dr. or Urologist for answers to more difficult questions. But in your case, that drug is known to cause this side effect, so it's a rather simple & straightforward response.
Appreciate it
