PSA Levels

I recently was diagnosed with prostate cancer.  My PSA was 4.8 and a gleason of 3+3.  I also do a lot of bicycle riding.  I've already had an elevated PSA when I was tested 12 hours after a 35 mile bike ride.

My question is, how long should I wait from my last bike ride before taking another PSA test.?

I know I have Prostate Cancer.  I am concerned about getting false high readings on my PSA shortly after taking long bike rides.

I will continue taking PSA tests to monitor my cancer's status.

I am not a doctor, but it seems to me if you know your Gleason score, then you had a biopsy. That would seem to confirm the presence of prostate cancer. Bike riding wouldn't affect your Gleason score.
