Pain AFTER ejaculation

39 years old, came down with herpes and ever since then, about 20 mins after ejaculation I have pretty hard pain near the center of my shaft. I feel it more on the left/bottom quadrant of the shaft.
It's a burning sensation. It lasts 30-60 mins. There's no pain during orgasm and no probs with urinating. No discharge or smells...
What is this? How do I cure it?

The ejaculated containers enzymes that can cause irritation to a herpes soar in the urethra. Do basic bacterial testing, if everything comes back negative, work with a nutritionist to adjust your diet and strengthen your immune system to suppress the outbreaks.

I think this one is going to be a little tough to solve without an actual exam by a Physician & I imagine they’ll want to order a few lab tests. Prbly best to see your Dr. Check back in once you get a diagnosis & let us know if you found a cure...

Ugh, sorry dude.  That stinks.  I assume you have asked your doctor about this? Here's a whole list of possibilities

small cyst called a spermatocele near your testes, bacterial infection of the prostate (could be only symptom of that), enlarged prostate, kidney stone, if you take meds like antidepressants or muscle relaxers, or a nerve issue.

Definitely see your doctor to see if any of these are involved.

I haven't been to dr.
I never had this problem before the herpes outbreak!
I haven't been on any scripts or drugs therefore it's not a cause.
