Pain after Testicular Torsion surgery

Hi Community, I'll keep it brief:

I'm a 17 year old boy who about 1 year ago had an incident of testicular torsion in the left testicle.
I was under surgery to make sure it would not happen again.
But for the last year, I have had moments of pain in the testicle, when I stand up or sit down, or lie down.
It is super annoying to deal with, since I always have to be extra careful when I move around.
Also sometimes i get the same "sensation" of pain i did right before I got the torsion last year, where it swells up and hangs lower than the other. Is this normal? What should I do? Thank you in advance.
