Pain after urination
i am having pain in my vagina only after urinating...my urine smells horrible,..i have these sensation of wanting to pee but i really don't have to...what is this?i'm starting to worry...i've been like this for 4 days now..should i just not care about it and hope for it to go away?
Sounds like a UTI as Vanessa has just said so should be fairly easy for your Doctors to treat.

Hi,
I suggest that you have an initial consult with your primary physician. With what you have posted, this sounds like a urinary tract infection. A baseline urinalysis will be able to help. A urine culture may best be done prior to any intake of medications as this will help guide your treatment.
Have you had any previous urinary tract infections before?
Any associated vaginal discharge?
I also suggest that you have a complete gynecologic examination. Vaginal pain and foul smelling urine may be associated with infections in the reproductive tract. A pelvic examination and a pap smear will be able to help.
