Pain at the tip of my penis

Hi Doctor,

Last year, after a kidney infection which it looked like because the doctor gave me azomax, a blood clot appeared on penis and slowly it vanished but the real havoc started afterwards when i had a shooting stabbing pain at the tip of my penis. It's been almost 1 year that i am suffering from this pain and no urologist can diagnose it. They tried to performed a urethrogram but had to stop because i was screaming it was so painful. I am in pain right now and it's affecting my life in every possible manner. Please guide me what can i do to make it right.is that a stricture? or how can it be treated..plz guide me .. I'm in a lot of pain.

That sounds terrible. Can they put you under anesthesia to do the urethrogram?  Does anything make the pain stop like ibuprofen? There is a nerve there called the dorsal nerve.  Wondering if something is wrong with that. https://clinmedjournals.org/articles/ncr/neurosurgery-cases-and-reviews-ncr-2-022.php?jid=ncr  I think they need to put you out and investigate.
