Pain in lower Penal Area(if the term is correct) and Fluid Discharge

Hi,
I have a pain in the lower penis or testicular region. This pain comes and goes. It may vary to 1once in 3months or may be twice a month(i have had this twice a month pain jus once). The first time i got this pain was like 9months ago.I now have some odourful transparent fluid which sometimes oozes out when i am not even excited. Leaving almost a pale yellow strain on the undergarment. Just 1month ago i got my self tested to check if i do have any STD's  including the Doctor feeling my testicles to find a lump for cancer.. everything was negative. I still dont understand why this pain or fluid discharge
Any help would be appreciable.

Hi Dr J Singh,

I did check  my self specifically for Chlamydia and gonorrhea. The test were negative. Well moreover, i have not received this pain for over 2 months now. I cant even recollect but yes the smelly discharge may be time to time.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to infections like prostatitis or due to STD’s like Chlamydia or gonorrhea. Chlamydia is a silent disease and may often cause only white foul smelling discharge. Hence, You need a complete physical examination and investigations like complete urine examination, urine culture, swab specimen from the genitalia and ultrasound lower abdomen to find out the cause. Please consult a urologist for that.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards
