Penile vein bigger than before

Hello Doctor, I would like to have an opinion from a specialist, maybe it's nothing but it has created me some tension.
3-4 days ago I noticed a light increase of a vein at my penis, I don't know if I can call it a vein swollen. When my penis is flaccid, this vein looks somehow bigger than it was before. Or maybe I haven't paid this attention before. But when it erects this vein doesn't look strange. It's normal, like before.
I almost forgot, I have no pain or strange problem. I can reach erection without any problem.
Any idea what this can be?
