Penis Scratch?

A week ago, my wife and I had intercourse (on average twice a month) which left me with a “scratch” - for lack of a better word, on my penis head and foreskin. There is what seems to be scaring or something hard developing just inside where the “G spot” is- my wife has had a bladder sling done.
What could be that hard to leave a scratch on me?

Oh boy. Well, I have read in a very limited way that if the mesh during the bladder sling procedure is not fitted precisely, it can cause an issue like this. The hard plastic on it would be the culprit. It isn't supposed to happen.  I would have your wife speak the surgeon's office that performed her surgery.  While it is rare, that could be what occurred. Abrasions and or scratches also could have been ON your penis from something else prior to intercourse and the friction of intercourse made the noticeable to you.

Thank you for your response :)
It looks like it was a failed bladder sling/mesh poking through, and that was what caused the scratch. We just got it surgically repaired with donor tissue here a week ago.
