Penis problem

It started of with a round red mark, on my penis head, which has spread to the underneath part of my penis, my testicles. On the underneath part of my penis its almost like a blister red and sore.

I have tried 2 types of oral thrush tablets 2 different topical creams, and nizoral tablets once a day for a week and it still hasnt gone.

My problem just seems to get wrose. the doctor is no help as you can see 5 medications he has gave me dont work. I do not have an STD i have been tested. once the problem is solved will i have scars from the blisters?

hope u can help

Hi,

This may be a case of balanitis. Balanitis is usually due to a fungal infection and it usually involves the head or glans of the penis. However there are other causes of balanitis and this involves a dermatitis or even previous mechanical trauma to the area.Have you experienced this?

In your case,is the lesion itchy?

Have you been sexually active before?

If this is a case of dermatitis then this is something that has to be chronically treated .There is no definite treatment for this. If antifungal medications are not effective then dermatitis with an allergic component may be a differential.
