Posible infertility and erectile dysfunction because of Cryptorchidism

My testicles weren't descended at birth(Cryptorchidism). The testicles did not descend by themselves in my early years. So I had a surgery to bring the testicles to the scrotum at the age of 7 or 8. My testicles are very small and I have a very low sex drive. I am now 26 and I have never had sex with a woman. My erections are very weak. I also have a lot of psychological problems that contribute to my inability to connect with women, so it is not just a physical problem. But I would like to deal with my physical problems and get some expert opinion. From what I read the age 7 is definitely to late to perform this surgery without any serious damage to the testis.
