Question about Superficial dorsal vein...

When I stretch my penis (only slightly) and run my finger along the superficial dorsal vein, it either disappears, or becomes a lot less visible. As soon as I let go of my however, it returns back to normal. Is this normal?

I have this lump on my superficial vein and its only visible when i erect i am a virgin i am 19 and i dont know what it is
