It looks like you're shaving your testicles.  I would stop doing that until you get that cleared up.  When you see your dermatologist, ask about Hailey-Hailey disease, which is a rare genetic condition.  I have it and it took a very long time before I was diagnosed.

that's great info!  thanks for giving us that!  Can you tell us more about hailey-hailey disease?
This is probably the most comprehensive information you can find online about Hailey-Hailey disease:

I wish I could post my personal photos for you.
Thanks for sharing the information.  They don't let genital photos on the site.  What is your experience with it?  This is something you're diagnosed with?
GuitarRox  Sorry for the delay.  I'm not on here much.  Yes, I am diagnosed with it.

That could be eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, a fungal infection, allergic reaction, really dry skin - they all present very similarly, and you'll need a doctor to tell you which one it is. Don't try to self-treat, because if you use the wrong meds, it could make it worse.

Any urgent care doctor should be able to help if you can't get into your own. If it's a matter of cost or lack of insurance, call your local health department and ask what services they provide for people with your financial status.

Let us know what happens. Don't put it off - it may only get worse.

Thank you so much. I was scared if it is skin cancer or genital herpes hpv etc. I will try to find a dermatologist and definetely let you know what is the issue. Regards
It doesn't look at all like herpes or HPV. Herpes outbreaks are clusters of blisters, and HPV gives you little warts, which really look like warts you'd get anywhere else on your body.

Skin cancer looks different on different parts of your body, and there are different types of skin cancer that look different, but I see no reason to think that's skin cancer.

Skin cancer would be way down on the list of possible causes, if I had to guess.

Let us know what happens.
