See Urologist in person or do a tele-medicine visit first?

One testicle of mine has shrunk to half the size of the other in the past 10 year. I did an ultrasound and the report said it is "abnormal" and could be due to a prior infection or a tumor.  My doctor said to go see a urologist to discuss whether MRI or biopsy is needed. Should I do that or perhaps do a tele-medicine first to see whether this is really anything to worry about?

Skip the telemed appt and just go see the urologist. Clearly something is happening, and you've had an abnormal result on the ultrasound. Go find out what it is.

Good luck and let us know what happens.

I saw the urologist and he said 99.5% chance there is nothing to worry about as it looks benign. But he did recommend a blood test for tumor markers and another ultrasound to confirm nothing has grown since last ultrasound.. I am on the fence on doing those tests as I feel I have the information I need. If I feel the spot growing/changing then  I will get the tests then.
