Semen Volume
I am a 50 yr old man and wanted to try to have a prostate orgasm. I bought a plastic toy designed for such use. I only used it once or twice, but it seems like my semen volume has decreased.. A few questions:
1) Could this have caused my lower volume?
2) Could there be any medical issue that needs to be looked at?
3) Can I do anything to get back to my normal volume?

1. This is unlikely to have causes a decreased semen volume and this could be due to psychological effects or just mere co-incidental.
2. If there has not been any trauma and there are no specific symptoms such as pain/ discomfort, a medical evaluation may not be required.
3. I would assume this to be due to psychological causes and would suggest avoiding stress for the time being. If this does not seem to help, you may consider an evaluation by a urologist.
