Slight burning in urethra male

I am a 52 year old man. I had a UTI in May on cipro for 2 weeks.  It got better but since it ended I've had a slight burning in my urethra.  I went and had a urinalysis on June 20th, tested for STDs too all negative.

Doctor thinks its anxiety.  I'm doing pelvic floor exercises, yoga, and mediation.  It helps but I still have the feeling of burning.

Not when I urinate, no pain.  Urine is normal.  I do mountain bike 2-3x per week about 10 miles, not easy trails lots of climbing.

Its making me a bit nuts.  Ice and heat help.  I do at times pee more
frequently but  no trouble starting and no start and stop.

Could this all be anxiety and stress?  I do have a lot of that though am trying to control it.

Any thoughts?

Thank you!
