Small hard blue lump on top of penis shaft

Today I noticed a small, hard lump about the size of a grain of rice on the top left side of the shaft. When erect it does seem to grow a bit larger and more noticeable. It does not hurt, and is not mobile. It looks like it is at a junction between two small blood vessels.

I do have regular sexual activity with my girlfriend, no history of trauma, std, etc.

Nothing I have found looks quite like it or if it does it doesn't share the blue tent of this bump.
I have scheduled an appointment with a eurologist but he is backed up for a month!
Any advice, information would be highly appreciated to help calm the anxiety.
