Testicle Pain (retraction) Sitting Makes it Worse

51 year male.
Pain starts behind right upper thigh (very localized in one spot) under the buttock a few inches and radiates to the right scrotum causing it to tighten (like in a vise) and retract, and creates pain above the right side of my pubic bone on lower abdomen.
TESTS: XRay of back, Ultrasound of scrotum area, MRI, all show nothing.

I did have hernia surgery that I was hoping would stop the pain but nope! The pain is still there and is a few inches below where the hernia was.
SITTING MAKES IT WORSE, it always starts in the lower back thigh and ends up in the front testicle/lower ab.
Help.

Did your Dr check your prostate? Prostatitis (which is a different issue than enlargement due to BPH) often causes pain in the area when sitting. That might not be the cause, but at least have it checked to rule out that possibility. In your case, you could actually have more than ONE issue, possibly Prostatitis along w/ some residual pain from hernia surgery. But get it checked if you haven’t already…
