Testicle pain and swelling.

This all started a week ago I noticed a little pain in my left testicle and I checked both of my testicles for problems couldn't feel any lumps or anything but still had a slight pain.
Yesterday I went to the doctor as it felt kinda worse not really  and the doctor didn't say anything was wrong just a slight strain he said I could ice them (I did for a as long as I could handle when I got home) take some pain relievers and to continue on as normal and to go back of anything abnormal happened( unnatural stream and all that stuff) so a few hours ago I was feeling kinda frisky so I started masturbating and reached the end but nothing came out and I just left it at that I figured maybe it was a side effect to the pain.  Well I fell asleep for a bit and woke up and my right testicle feels kinda swollen which is weird cause it wasn't even the one that was hurting. So yeah that's it anyways any suggestions other than just going to the doctor and getting rechecked?
